From the meeting recap page in your Teams app, click Video recap in the top left corner. Known issues Video recap requires meeting to be between 10 and 90 minutes long. Transcribed-only meetings are not supported and will not result in a video recap. Video recap is available 10 to 15 minutes after a meeting recording has been successfully uploaded.

"Don't Host" button missing in meeting invites after send. | Microsoft ...
Once you send the invitation though, going back to edit the meeting the first two buttons are there, but the "Don't Host" button is missing. You can customize the ribbon and add the button, but you have to put it in a custom group. The customize toolbar dialog even shows the button is in the Teams Meeting group, but it doesn't display.
